The Summit
The Summit is a 5,000+ sq. ft. multi-use private space with adjoining kitchen, facilities and parking. Room dividers make the space agile for separate, private meetings. Location is key, with easy access from a street level entrance off of Pike Street and Summit, - just blocks from Interstate 5 near downtown Seattle. With a capacity of nearly 370 people, The Summit is perfect for receptions, business meetings, educational events and private parties.

The Summit is available for private parties/functions only.
Not-for-Profit rate: $150/hr
For Profit rate: $175/hr
